Overview Of The Role:


  • The Operations Associate is crucial to the functioning of the store. Responsible for supporting cash office management, stock management, and store maintenance, the role ensures optimal operations. Communication flow and adherence to company standards are key focuses, aiming to enhance store performance. The role requires engagement with various operational tasks to support the store’s success.


What You Will Do:


Cash Office Management

  • Record cash collections, manage petty cash, and keep track of invoices.
  • Ensure all cash-related tasks are accurate and follow company policies.


Communication & Reporting

  • Assist in the flow of information between teams.
  • Generate reports using SAP, BI, and Tableau to track store performance.


Store Operations

  • Support back-office operations to ensure store runs smoothly.
  • Assist with stock management on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.


Store Maintenance & Procurement

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in ordering supplies and managing store resources.


Stock Management

  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock records are accurate.
  • Receive new shipments and organize stock effectively.


Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in SAP, BI, and Tableau applications.
  • Ability to follow and enforce safety protocols and store policies.
