Senior operational leader with experience in asset-intensive environments such as ports, terminals, container depots, logistics parks, aviation maintenance, engineering services, or industrial operations.
Demonstrated success leading multiple business support functions and integrating them to enable frontline operational performance.
Strong governance capability with the ability to design and implement structured processes and control frameworks.
Experience leading ERP, CMMS, or digital transformation initiatives.
Financial discipline with ownership of cost control, budgeting, and resource optimization.
Commercial awareness including pricing structures, demand planning, and vendor strategy.
