1. Oversee technical operations and maintenance of facility systems (MEP, civil, HVAC, etc.).

   
   

2. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

   
   

3. Monitor facility performance and ensure optimal functioning of assets and equipment.

   
   

4. Conduct site inspections to assess condition, safety, and compliance.

   
   

5. Review and process service requests, work orders, and job schedules.

   
   

6. Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and vendors for repair and maintenance works.

   
   

7. Ensure adherence to HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and permit-to-work procedures.

   
   

8. Support asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, and CAPEX/OPEX planning.

   
   

9. Resolve technical issues and recommend improvement or optimization measures.

   
   

10. Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications as needed.

    
    

11. Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and performance reports.

    
    

12. Assist in budgeting, procurement, and materials verification processes.

    
    

13. Participate in audits, inspections, and FM-related compliance reviews.

    
    

14. Provide technical support during fit-outs, renovation projects, and modifications.
    Technical Proficiency – 

    
    
    1. Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, civil, and building systems.

    1. Knowledge of Safety Standards : Demonstrates knowledge of DP World's policies and procedures related to community safety.
