Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales action plans aligned with company targets and project pipelines.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct direct sales and marketing activities with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product developments to identify opportunities and risks.

Project & Account Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction projects and subcontracting packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage assigned accounts and projects from specification and tender stage through order award and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Client Engagement & Negotiation

  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, estimation, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely follow-up.
  • Resolve client issues and support after-sales activities to strengthen long-term relationships.
