Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Outdoor Sales Representative. The role involves actively seeking out potential customers, building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, providing product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also includes reporting sales data and trends to assist in strategy development.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Proven ability in Sales, including identifying leads and converting them into customers
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and lead a team towards achieving sales goals
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in planning and organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience in outdoor or field sales is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
