Job Details

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across IT services, construction/contracting, and hospitality sectors within the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, developers, consultants, hotel operators, project managers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions—technology, project-based, or service-led—aligned with client goals and budgets.
  • Develop and execute sector-specific business development strategies focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures while ensuring commercial viability and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns, proposals, bids, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums across the UAE.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM and analytics tools.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within IT services, construction, or hospitality, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of relationship-driven selling and multi-sector client engagement in the UAE market.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred for local client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines and optimize performance.
  • Self-driven, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
