Position Overview The Sales Solutions Manager will act as the bridge between Pay10.com’s sales teams and core product, technology, and operations functions. This role is responsible for translating Pay10’s payment solutions, open finance, and value-added services capabilities into compelling, scalable commercial solutions for enterprise merchants and strategic partners across global markets. The role combines solution consulting, product evangelism, and commercial structuring, ensuring merchants understand Pay10’s capabilities and internal teams receive clear product requirements for product delivery and customization. This is a high-impact role critical to Pay10.com’s global expansion, enterprise merchant acquisition, and large-scale partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Product Sales & Solutioning This role bridges the gap between complex API-driven financial technology and potential clients. The role requires deep technical knowledge of payment systems, API integration, and security regulations to design, demonstrate, and validate tailored solutions. Act as the product and solution expert during enterprise sales cycles, supporting commercial teams with technical and functional solution design. Translate merchant requirements into Pay10 product configurations (APMs, Open Finance, Payouts, Cards, FX, Risk, etc.). Develop customized commercial proposals, product bundles, and pricing frameworks for large merchants and partners. Lead Technical Discovery & Solution Design also Lead workshop product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions with enterprise merchants and partners. Deliver customized, live technical demos and manage Proof of concept (PoC) lifecycles to prove the feasibility of the solution in the prospect’s environment. Commercial Enablement & Deal Support Sales Solutions Manager will act as the technical partner to Sales team, taking ownership of the "technical win" during the sales cycle. You will translate client business requirements into technical, high-value solutions involving open banking APIs, card issuance, and payment processing. Partner with Sales, Partnership, Product, and Account Management teams to structure enterprise deals and RFP responses. Build scalable sales enablement assets (solution decks, product one-pagers, case studies, commercial templates). Act as the internal commercial voice for merchant needs during product roadmap discussions. Handover & Training: Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation by providing technical documentation for onboarding teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Tech, Ops, Risk, and Compliance to ensure merchant solutions are feasible, compliant, and scalable. Translate commercial requirements into structured product and technical requirements for internal teams. Participate in product launch go-to-market planning and merchant communication strategies.
Market & Product Intelligence Track competitor offerings, market pricing trends, and merchant adoption patterns across regions. Provide insights on product gaps, revenue opportunities, and strategic product expansion priorities. Support regional expansion teams with localized solution frameworks for new markets (MENA, Europe, Africa, Asia).
Qualifications & Experience6–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, banking, Saa S, or enterprise tech sales solutioning. Proven experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, product sales, or enterprise commercial roles. Strong understanding of payments, APMs, acquiring, open banking/open finance, merchant onboarding, and payment operations. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Risk, Legal, Finance). Ability to structure enterprise commercial proposals and pricing models. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Qualities Strong payment product and commercial acumen with the ability to balance merchant needs and internal risk/compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with C-suite merchants and internal leadership. Structured, analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into simple product and commercial narratives. Global mindset with experience working across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
