Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, allowing for occasional work-from-home opportunities. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve revenue goals, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and working closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
Qualifications
Strong sales, client acquisition, and account management skills Experience in team leadership and the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate team members Proficiency in market research and data analysis to support informed decision-making Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in sales management, preferably within a luxury or premium brand industry, is a plus
