Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Landscape Project Manager. The Landscape Project Manager will oversee all aspects of landscape project execution, including planning, design, and implementation. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The role requires proactive problem solving, site inspections, and collaboration to ensure the highest quality standards in landscape design, installation, and maintenance.
Qualifications Expertise in Landscape Design, Project Planning, and Construction Management. Strong skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Stakeholder Coordination. Proficiency in Budgeting, Scheduling, and Project Documentation. Knowledge of Landscape Maintenance, and Irrigation Systems. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for design and project management. Ability to work on-site effectively in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience in landscape project management, particularly in the UAE market, is an advantage. Professional certification or membership in relevant associations is a plus.
