**Role Description**
We are hiring a **Full-Time Team Manager** to lead and synchronize all four core projects. This is a hybrid role based in **Dubai**, with partial work-from-home flexibility.
The Team Manager will act as the central creative–operational leader — aligning people, process, and vision. You will guide cross-functional contributors, protect creative quality, and ensure each project moves forward with clarity and momentum.
Key responsibilities include:
