Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base in UAE and KSAMarket Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase company services. Negotiations and Closing Deals: Engage with clients in negotiations, address concerns, and close business deals that meet company objectives and ensure client satisfaction. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and monitor sales performance.
Client Servicing:
Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with services/products provided. Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolution to enhance client satisfaction. Onboarding Clients: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of expectations. Regular Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about new services, product updates, or changes. Client Retention: Focus on strategies and initiatives to retain clients, including delivering excellent customer service and anticipating client needs. Feedback Collection: Collect and analyse client feedback to improve service offerings and identify opportunities for business improvement.
Collaboration:
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as events, production, Finance, PR and HR to ensure alignment with client needs and business goals. Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate with other teams to deliver high-quality service to clients and ensure all client deliverables are met. Client Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, business performance, and sales progress for internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (typically 2-5 years). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively. Arabic language is a must. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and identify opportunities. Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of new clients acquired. Client retention rate. Sales revenue and targets met. Client satisfaction and feedback scores. Number of successful deals closed.
