Job Overview:We are currently seeking skilled Sales Manager – Industrial Robotics & Automation Solutions to join Kanoo AI & Robotics to drive revenue growth by developing and executing a consultative sales strategy for industrial automation, robotics, and digital operations solutions.
This role focuses on logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail/e-commerce, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, building strong customer relationships while delivering sustainable and profitable growth.

Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets. Build and manage a robust pipeline across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, industrial, and energy sectors. Lead consultative solution selling by understanding customer pain points and translating requirements into high-value proposals. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, workshops, demos/POCs, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and handover. Develop compelling ROI and value-based business cases to support automation investments. Build relationships with key decision-makers across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and executive leadership. Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM systems. Coordinate RFI/RFP responses, tenders, and bid submissions. Partner with marketing and leadership on events, workshops, customer visits, and industry networking. Develop partnerships with OEMs, integrators, and technology providers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support positioning and pricing strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction during pre-sales and post-award transition. Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Robotics, or related). Minimum 7+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in industrial automation and/or robotics solutions specifically within solutions related to Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), intralogistics material handling, and/or Factory/Manufacturing Operations Automation. Working knowledge of WMS/WES/OMS and warehouse processes Proven track record of achieving revenue targets with enterprise customers. Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margins, and contract negotiation. Awareness of VDA 5050 communication standards. CRM proficiency (Hub Spot, Zoho, Vtiger, etc.) and strong Microsoft Office skills. Proactive, disciplined, and accountable. Strong ownership mindset and continuous learning attitude.
