Sales Relationship Manager – Asset Management (DIFC, Dubai)

Employment Type: Full-time

Draw: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Commission: From 35% of net revenue

Target AUM: USD 50 million (Year 1)


We are recruiting on behalf of a DFSA-regulated asset management office based in DIFC.


Our client is a well-established, international platform with a strong presence across GCC, MENA, Europe, and Asia, and is continuing to expand its private wealth and asset management offering.


This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to an experienced Relationship Manager with an existing HNW client base and a proven track record in asset gathering.


Key Responsibilities

  • Bring and manage your own portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor and investment manager to clients
  • Develop and grow AUM through personal network and proactive business development
  • Maintain strong knowledge of DFSA regulations and best market practices
  • Define and execute a clear client acquisition and portfolio growth strategy
  • Leverage the full range of the firm’s investment products and capabilities
  • Achieve individual KPIs including AUM growth, revenue targets, and profitability
  • Contribute ideas and insights to support commercial and investment development
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and long-term client relationships

Candidate Requirements

  • Established HNW client base with demonstrable relationships
  • Currently employed at a reputable Private Bank or Wealth Management firm
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience at senior relationship management level
  • Proven ability to generate and grow AUM and recurring revenues
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Interest and understanding of alternative asset classes (VC, hedge funds, crypto, etc.)
  • Ability to present a 3-year business plan
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • High professional standards and impeccable work ethic
