Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle FIT & GIT inquiries from quotation to execution
✔ Design customized itineraries with accurate costing & margin control
✔ Manage hotel, transport, sightseeing & guide reservations
✔ Coordinate with suppliers for confirmations & special rates
✔ Issue accurate service vouchers (zero error policy)
✔ Monitor booking deadlines, cancellations & amendments
✔ Ensure smooth arrival, departure & on-ground coordination
✔ Handle last-minute operational challenges professionally
✔ Update CRM & booking systems daily
✔ Coordinate with sales & accounts for payment follow-ups
✔ Maintain organized documentation & booking tracker
✔ Prepare daily operational & status reports
✔ Upsell premium services and add-ons to maximize revenue

Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
✔ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a DMC / Inbound Tourism company (Mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of FIT & GIT operations, itinerary planning & reservations
✔ Experience in handling hotel contracts, supplier negotiations & costing
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Experience working with CRM / booking management systems
✔ Strong written & verbal communication skills (Professional email drafting required)
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
✔ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
✔ Flexible to work extended hours during peak operations
