Key Responsibilities:

Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM software (like Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline sales processes and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value and handle objections in a persuasive manner.
