About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the UAE building materials market. You will lead our sales team to secure high-value contracts with major contractors, developers, and consultants across the Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for [Specify Product: Steel, Ceramics, MEP, etc.].
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting major construction projects and EPC/MEP segments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and procurement managers.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance through CRM data.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies.

- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry within the UAE.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage large project specifications.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building materials like wood , Plywood , MDF and Melamine Baords
- Mandatory: A valid UAE Driving License is essential for this outdoor-focused role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
