What You’ll Be Doing

You don’t need to be an expert - training will be provided.

With guidance and support, you will learn and work on:

• Safely assembling and disassembling laptops
• Performing basic diagnostics and repair tasks under supervision
• Replacing and testing components (RAM, SSDs, batteries, screens, etc.)
• Soldering, desoldering, reballing chipsets, and motherboard-level repairs
• Assisting with LCD cleaning, defect checking, and film replacements
• Learning stock management (listing, measuring, and recording parts)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following defined quality control and repair checklists
