Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Officer to manage employee medical, workmen’s compensation, and other insurance policies for a large outsourced workforce. The role ensures timely processing, compliance with UAE regulations, and coordination with insurance providers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medical insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, and deletions
- Process workmen’s compensation and other required insurance policies
- Handle insurance claims, reimbursements, and follow-ups with providers
- Coordinate with brokers and insurance companies for policy negotiations and renewals
- Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and client requirements
- Maintain accurate insurance records and reports
- Support HR and operations teams with insurance-related queries
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in insurance administration within a UAE staffing or outsourcing company
- Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance regulations (DOH/DHA compliance)
- Experience handling high-volume employee insurance processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and documentation management
