Key Responsibilities

Prospect, generate, and follow up on new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts

Assist buyers in identifying and purchasing properties that meet their needs and budget

Guide sellers through pricing strategies, property marketing, and negotiations

Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings

Prepare and present purchase offers and listing agreements

Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes from listing to closing

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and competitive properties

Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Collaborate with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals
