Job Details

A La Carte Premium is an international company specializing in individual bookings and exclusive tailor-made travel experiences. Since 2010 the company has been operating in the luxury B2B segment.

Alongside its tour-operator business A La Carte Premium is actively developing several in-house technology products, including:

  • CRM system.
  • Agent Portal.
  • Finance Management System.

As the technology ecosystem expands, the company is increasing the number of integrations with hotel and distribution partners and strengthening its global connectivity network.

Now the company is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and scale relationships with key travel technology systems, whose role will focus on building and developing partnerships with:

  • Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
  • Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Channel Managers (CM).

Priority systems include:

  • SynXis.
  • Amadeus.
  • Opera.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

Market & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis of integration ecosystems and competitive connectivity models.
  • Define partnership strategy (prioritization of CRS, PMS, GDS, CM systems).
  • Develop long-term roadmaps for joint projects and strategic collaboration.

Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new technology partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and agree on cooperation models.
  • Structure mutually beneficial commercial and technical agreements.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners at the account level.
  • Ensure long-term strategic alignment and performance growth.
  • Represent the company in discussions with enterprise-level technology providers.

Integration Coordination

  • Coordinate integration processes between partners and internal tech teams.
  • Align API access, certification processes, and documentation exchange.
  • Monitor implementation progress and resolve escalation issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution infrastructure (CRS / PMS / GDS / CM).
  • Experience in commercial negotiations with technology providers.
  • Ability to manage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
