Job Details

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Present product features, specifications, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented professionally.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.


Skills

1. Sales & Customer Service Skills

  • Strong indoor/showroom sales experience (preferably in premium building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, or interior finishes)
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable high-end products
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong follow-up skills to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Ability to handle walk-in clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers professionally

2. Product Knowledge

  • Good understanding of premium building materials and interior finishing products
  • Ability to explain technical specifications, features, benefits, and pricing clearly
  • Capability to compare products and suggest alternatives based on client budget and project needs

  • Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English

  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales software

  • Coordination with warehouse/logistics for order processing and delivery updates
