We are looking for a confident, energetic, and guest-focused professional who thrives in a lively sports bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Coordinate closely with the service team
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere
- Oversee daily floor operations
- Support and supervise the service team
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sports bar, pub, or high-volume restaurant
- Native or fluent English speaker preferred
- Experience in British / Irish style pub environment preferred
- Strong understanding of British pub culture is an advantage
- Confident personality with strong communication skills
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available to join immediately or on short notice
