The Role

We are a UAE-based boutique event styling and guest-experience business working across florals, décor, styled food stations, and curated event experiences.

We are hiring an Event Operations & Client Lead to own event requests from the first enquiry through to final delivery.

This is not an entry-level role, not a coordination-only role, and not suitable for mass applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries directly (website, email, WhatsApp)
• Understand client requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Prepare costings and proposals for event services
• Coordinate suppliers, internal resources, and partners
• Act as the single point of contact for clients
• Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes

Skills

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in events, hospitality, catering, styling, or a similar client-facing service role
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions
• Willing to be accountable for outcomes, not just tasks

Strong Advantages

• Fluent Arabic (native-level), suitable for professional client communication
• Prior UAE work experience
• UAE driving license
• Experience with florals, décor, or styled events

Final Note
