Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the customers virtually
  • Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities
  • Handle service quality and operational issues of the assigned portfolio
  • Facilitate in providing potential banking solutions based on identified needs of the client 
  • To keep up to date with latest market trends, customer preferences, changing customers behavior patterns and new products, as well as regularly monitoring activity by key competitors
  • Sell & Cross sell bank’s products & services to achieve the financial targets
  • To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, anti-misselling, etc and comply with the same
  • To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
