Job Description
Flowork Business Center is looking for a Podcast Studio Operator to manage and operate our in-house podcast studio. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth recording sessions and maintaining all studio equipment in excellent working condition.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate podcast studio equipment including microphones, cameras, mixers, and lighting
- Prepare the studio before each recording session
- Assist clients during recording to ensure clear audio and proper video quality
- Monitor sound levels and video during live recording
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained after each session
- Coordinate with the team regarding bookings and studio availability

- Knowledge of audio and video equipment
- Familiarity with podcast studio setup and recording workflow
- Ability to operate cameras, microphones, mixers, and lighting equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
