Key Responsibilities:
 


  • Assist in managing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the branch is audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch goals.
  • Support branch staff in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop branch staff.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing branch budgets and financial performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks within the branch.
  • Skills and Experience
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
