Role : Sales Support Officer (Outsource)
Location : Dubai
Role Purpose:
The SME Sales Support Officer is responsible for checking Business Account Opening forms and ensure to monitor the accuracy of the documents submitted to be as per the bank policy & requirements.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Reviewing and processing of Account opening Agreement:
- (ADIB Business Banking Application Form)
- Central bank blacklist checking.
- KYC form (know your customer).
- GCD Approval for high risk nationalities (if required).
- Trade License/ RB.Report (Introductory / ref. letter/ Chamber Of Commerce.
- Power of Attorney/ Legal Approval (if required).
- Memorandum & Articles Of Association (certified).
- Board Resolution to open account with ADIB.
- Delegation / Authorization for opening accounts.
- D Review and Validate customer documents (For Account Opening) and ensure that it is as per the SOP.
- Stay updated with the SOP and related communications with Ops and GCD, ensure to keep the unit heads updated with the same.
- Prepare daily / weekly / Monthly reports to his line manager.
- Keep records of all the received requests.
- Check all the AOF requests within the same day if received before the cut-off time (2 pm).
- Check all the AOF requests within 24 hrs. if received after the cut-off time (2 pm).
- Handle any task assigned by the unit heads.
- Follow up with OPS and GCD on the requests.
- Handle the RTS report received by Ops and negotiate the invalid returns.
- Keep records for the RTS by the checker to the staff and ensure to conduct refreshment sessions to reduce the RTS%.
- Send the RTS report prepared by the sales support officer to the unit heads on weekly basis.
- Work 6 days a week
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent skills in queue and floor management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of business banking, trade products, and foreign exchange rates.
- Proficiency in AML measures, compliance policies, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to changing needs.
