Job Details

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and track projects with strong sales potential; maintain and update project pipeline monthly.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to consultants, and contractors.
  • Gather client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions with clear value propositions.
  • Prepare sales quotations in line with pricing policies; seek final approval from Line Manager.
  • Report weekly on sales activities, project status, and achieved milestones.
  • Participate in sales meetings to refine sales strategies and coordinate action plans.
  • Update monthly sales forecasts to support production and inventory planning.
Project Management Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects from specification and approval stage through to delivery and post‑sales support.
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, technical, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, client approvals, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, resolving issues, and maintaining service quality.
  • Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports where required.
Market & Client Engagement
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
  • Support the determination of sales targets and contribute to achieving or exceeding them.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in civil Engineer or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials.
  • Proven experience managing projects in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Experience working with Chinese clients or suppliers (preferred).
  • Mandarin Chinese – Required, 
  • English – Excellent proficiency
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • CRM knowledge and advanced use of Microsoft applications.
  • Customer‑focused, adaptable, and results-driven.
