Job Details

• Review and audit the implementation of monthly payroll calculation procedures for Corporation employees.• Audit the calculation of end-of-service benefits in accordance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments.• Review financial statements related to monthly salaries, leave balances, and end-of-service benefits.• Prepare deduction statements for external entities (courts and government departments) and coordinate with the concerned authorities to transfer the amounts to their respective accounts.• Audit pension deductions for UAE Nationals and GCC citizens and prepare the final related statements.• Review and audit the payroll database and ensure its alignment with the Human Resources Planning System database.• Coordinate to obtain the necessary approvals for monthly salaries and entitlements.


·Master’s / Bachelor’s / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.


• A Master’s degree does not require prior experience.• A Bachelor’s degree requires two years of experience in payroll, benefits, and end-of-service calculations or equivalent.• A Diploma requires eight years of experience in payroll, benefits, and end-of-service calculations or equivalent.
