Director of PMO (Federal Technology)

Unlike a traditional PMO Lead, this role requires a deep understanding of the technical stack, data sovereignty, and system integration required for Government-to-Government (G2G) and Government-to-Consumer (G2C) platforms.
The Profile: "The Architect of Delivery"
You are not just tracking timelines; you are solving technical bottlenecks. You understand how an API gateway connects a Federal database to a Ministry front-end, and you can lead a team of engineers and architects through the "last mile" of implementation.
Key Requirements

Federal Track Record: Must have led the technical rollout of platforms for Federal entities (e.g., Digital Identity, National Data Hubs, or Unified Government Portals).
Scale: Proven delivery of technical solutions valued at AED 30M ($10M USD) or higher.
Tech Stack Fluency: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle/Azure/AWS Government Cloud), Microservices, Cybersecurity protocols (DESC/NCA compliance), and complex API integrations.

System Interoperability: Ensure seamless integration between disparate government legacy systems and new federal digital platforms.
Security & Compliance: Act as the technical lead for ensuring all implementations meet UAE Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA) or KSA NCA standards.
Vendor & Engineering Management: Manage technical vendors and internal DevOps/Engineering teams to ensure the code and infrastructure meet government-grade benchmarks.
Implementation Governance: Move beyond "status reporting" to perform technical audits, code reviews, and infrastructure stress-test oversight.
