Sales Representative (B2B) – IoT & Fleet Management Hardware & Software
Boxtech is hiring a B2B Sales Representative to grow sales of our fleet management hardware and software—including GPS tracking devices, IoT sensors, telematics solutions, and smart monitoring platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new B2B opportunities for IoT + fleet management hardware and software
- Promote Boxtech solutions: GPS trackers, telematics devices, sensors, cameras/monitoring (if applicable), and fleet management platforms
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right device + platform solution (solution selling)
- Build long-term relationships with clients, resellers, and channel partners
- Coordinate with technical/operations teams for onboarding, installation, and delivery
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets and maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferably IoT, telematics, fleet management, SaaS, or hardware + software solutions)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound outreach
- Experience in consultative/solution selling and account management
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
Preferred
- Experience selling GPS tracking, fleet management systems, telematics, sensors, or connected devices
- Network in logistics, transport, delivery fleets, construction, utilities, or industrial sectors
- Understanding of fleet KPIs (utilization, fuel, maintenance, driver behavior) is a plus
