About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Product and Contract Specialist to join our team. This role combines strategic product curation with supplier contract management. You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-potential products, negotiating and signing new supplier contracts, and ensuring our product portfolio remains competitive and market-relevant.

The ideal candidate is a true go-getter with an adventurous spirit — someone who thrives on exploring new opportunities, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. A background in marketing (especially understanding SEO and SEM for product performance) is highly preferred to help evaluate product marketability and online visibility potential.

Key Responsibilities

Product Curation & Sourcing

  • Research, identify, and curate new products that align with our organization's goals, target market, and growth strategy.
  • Evaluate product potential by analyzing market trends, competition, and digital performance indicators (including SEO/SEM metrics such as search volume, keyword difficulty, and online visibility).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure curated products have strong online discoverability and commercial appeal.

Supplier Contract Management

  • Source and onboard new suppliers/vendors through proactive outreach, market scanning, and relationship building.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, and payment conditions for new supplier contracts.
  • Draft, review, and finalize supplier agreements, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of organizational interests.
  • Sign and execute new contracts, while maintaining accurate records and tracking contract lifecycles.

Performance & Relationship Management

  • Monitor supplier performance and product quality post-onboarding; recommend improvements or alternatives as needed.
  • Build and nurture long-term supplier partnerships with a proactive, adventurous approach to exploring global or innovative sourcing options.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new suppliers, and emerging products through continuous market exploration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing (to leverage SEO/SEM insights for product success), and operations teams.
  • Contribute ideas for product lineup enhancements based on data-driven insights and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in product sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, or a similar role. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or product-based businesses is a plus.

Preferred Background: Marketing experience or knowledge, with practical understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to assess product online potential and market fit.

Skills

Key Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and research abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated go-getter attitude — someone who takes initiative and enjoys chasing new opportunities.
  • Adventurous mindset: open to exploring new markets, suppliers, or unconventional sourcing ideas.
  • Age preference: 25–30 years (energetic, adaptable, and growth-oriented).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in contract drafting/review and basic legal/compliance understanding.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or Ahrefs/Semrush basics).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus, especially for international suppliers).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to shape our product portfolio and supplier network directly.
  • Dynamic work environment that values initiative, creativity, and adventure.
  • Professional growth in a fast-growing organization.
  • Other benefits: Health insurance, flexible hours, travel opportunities for supplier visits, etc.

If you are a motivated individual aged 25–30 with a passion for products, contracts, and digital marketing insights — and you love taking on challenges with an adventurous spirit — we want to hear from you!

We look forward to welcoming an energetic addition to our team!
