Role Description The primary purpose of this role is to attract new engineering consultancy projects, build long-term strategic client relationships, and position NEBRAS Engineering Consultants as a trusted and preferred partner in the UAE construction and real estate market.
Key Responsibilites Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector. Develop relationships with developers, contractors, project managers, and decision-makers. Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events. Prepare and deliver compelling company presentations and capability statements. Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and align proposals accordingly. Lead prequalification submissions and support tendering processes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming developments. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in coordination with management. Maintain CRM records and provide regular business development reports.

Qualifications Proven experience in business development within engineering consultancy, construction, or real estate sectors (UAE experience preferred). Strong network with developers and contractors in Dubai. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of engineering consultancy services (design, supervision, authority approvals). Self-motivated with strong target-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
