Own day-to-day operational execution across assigned buildings, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs, cleanliness, room readiness, and fast issue resolution.Key Responsibilities1) Occupancy & Movement Operations:-Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room/bed allocations across assigned buildings-Coordinate bulk move-ins / move-outs with clients and internal ops teams-Execute internal moves for people and furniture-Ensure rooms are fully reset and ready within defined turnaround times2) Cleaning & Hygiene:-Own daily and deep cleaning operations across rooms and common areas-Manage housekeeping staff schedules, productivity, and quality checks-Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in kitchens, toilets, and shared facilities-Coordinate pest control execution and follow-ups3) Maintenance Coordination:-Support emergency response and incident handling (water leaks, power issues, hygiene risks)-Identify issues during inspections and daily ops and raise corrective maintenance tickets-Track ticket resolution with Facilities teams and vendors-Escalate repeat failures or critical issues impacting occupancy or safety-Support preventive maintenance execution by enabling access and room readiness4) Asset & Furniture Handling:-Coordinate movement of beds, mattresses, lockers, appliances, and furniture within buildings-Track asset condition and flag damage, loss, or replacement needs-Ensure assets are placed, labeled, and used according to standards5) On-Ground Team & Discipline:-Supervise on-site staff: cleaners, guards, etc-Enforce house rules, schedules, and discipline within buildings-Act as the first escalation point for tenant issues and conflicts6) Reporting & Controls:-Maintain daily trackers for occupancy, room readiness, cleaning status, and open issues-Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements from the ground-Report exceptions, risks, and capacity constraints to Senior Ops-Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks

- Fluent in Urdu and English- 4+ years of experience in on-ground operations (labour accommodation, camps, facilities ops, hospitality)-Direct experience managing check-ins/outs and high-volume occupancy movement-Strong coordination skills across cleaning, maintenance, and logistics-Comfortable managing blue-collar teams and operating in fast-paced environments- Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented- Willingness to be site-based and hands-on
