Role Overview

We are a law firm seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in maintaining the firm’s prestigious reputation through excellent communication and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Communication: Manage high-volume calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Correspondence: Draft, translate, and manage formal emails and legal correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain the reception area, manage couriers, and handle basic filing and data entry.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage the firm’s front-office calendar.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a professional appearance suited for a legal environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a law firm or a corporate setting in the UAE is preferred but not required.
