Position: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Support the sales team with documentation and order processing
• Coordinate with warehouse for delivery scheduling
• Maintain sales records and customer database
• Handle email inquiries and phone calls professionally
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience in lighting/electrical trading preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Female candidates preferred
