Enterprise Apps Specialist (KERNO)

MES is mandatory, ERP solution.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of enterprise application lifecycle, including deployment, upgrades, and maintenance
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions
- Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware for connecting enterprise applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and user experience
Educational Background & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Certifications in ERP/MES systems or project management are an advantage
- 5–7 years of Experience (ERP/MES/PLM lifecycle management and vendor coordination)

- Manage and optimize enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with business units to identify application needs and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Provide user training and support, enabling effective utilization of enterprise systems
- Monitor application performance, conduct regular audits, and implement security and compliance measures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application functionality and user satisfaction
