About Madinat Jumeirah:

About the Job: 


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead - Engineering to join Jumeirah Hospitality  


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Supervise and guide technicians during maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments while providing technical training and coaching.
  • Diagnose complex faults, implement effective solutions, and respond promptly to engineering-related guest complaints.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules in compliance with Jumeirah Engineering Management System (JEMS).
  • Monitor work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance through regular inspections and audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Experience in a similar customer service role 
  • Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC systems
  • High school diploma
