Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Engineer based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain quality control on all assigned projects. Responsibilities include liaising with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders, coordinating daily site operations, and adhering to timelines. The role also demands proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and ensuring safety standards are consistently followed.
Qualifications On-site management skills, including the ability to oversee construction processes and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with contractors, architects, and project teams. Proficiency in Quality Control practices with a focus on maintaining high project standards and compliance. Background in Structural Engineering and hands-on experience with construction systems and processes. Educational qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are advantageous. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and experience in project coordination are highly desired. Proficiency with relevant construction and project management software is beneficial.
