Role Description We are supporting a confidential, UAE-based fintech platform entering its commercial expansion phase.
The platform focuses on modernising how mid-market corporates manage payments, working capital and liquidity — through automation, credit enablement and AI-driven financial insights.
Backed by experienced financial services leadership, the business has already established strategic partnerships and is now expanding its UAE B2B footprint.
We are hiring a Growth Executive – B2B to help drive this next phase of market penetration.
The Opportunity

It is a strategic, solution-led B2B position engaging finance leaders across the UAE. What you will be Responsible for• Building and managing a qualified B2B pipeline• Engaging CFOs, Finance Directors and Treasury stakeholders• Managing full sales cycles from origination to closure• Positioning working capital and payment automation solutions• Expanding corporate partnerships across defined verticals
Ideal Profile• 4–6 years’ experience in B2B fintech, payments, trade finance or corporate banking• Demonstrated quota ownership• Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise finance stakeholders• Strong commercial and financial acumen• Comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment We are looking for commercially driven professionals who want to grow within the UAE fintech ecosystem while working in a structured and well-supported environment.
