Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable, well-presented, and motivated Driver Cum Salesman to support our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting clients and sales staff to property locations while actively assisting in promoting and presenting real estate properties to potential buyers and tenants. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team during property viewings and client visits. Introduce and explain basic property features and project highlights to prospective clients. Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and company information to potential customers. Help generate leads by interacting with potential buyers at project sites or during field visits. Maintain records of client visits and feedback. Provide excellent customer service to clients during property tours and site visits. Maintain a professional appearance and positive communication with customers. Address basic client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Requirements:Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Proven experience as a Driver or Driver Cum Salesman (preferably in real estate, retail, or field sales). Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds. Basic sales and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to travel frequently. Basic knowledge of English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
