  • Customer Service: Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients or allergies.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS software to communicate with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver food and drinks promptly, check on customer satisfaction, and refill beverages.
  • Table Maintenance: Clean and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area, and adhere to sanitation standards.
  • Cashiering: Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions


Skills

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and work as part of a team.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours and lift heavy trays.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and basic math.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
