CRM Data Analyst Intern
Location:Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Type: Internship (6 months)



ABOUT THE ROLE
At CHANEL, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions. We are seeking a passionate CRM Data Analyst Intern to join our CRM team for a 6-month internship. You will play a key role in supporting clientele initiatives, enhancing client data management, andprovidingactionable insights to drive client engagement strategies across our network.



WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL



  • Support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive and business counterparts in implementing clientele actions and initiatives.



  • Contribute to the operational execution of clientele activations including email campaigns, digital and print communications, and brochures.



  • Assistin driving the adoption of retail clientele tools, coordinating with HQ (Paris) for system enhancements and bug fixes.



  • Participate in the deployment of new features on clientele tools and support ongoing improvements.



  • Provide monthly KPIs on clientele activities, client listings, and ROI calculations to measure andoptimizeperformance.



  • Support ad-hoc queries related to events and marketing activities.



DATA MANAGEMENT & CLIENT INSIGHTS



  • Contribute to the growth and enrichment of the client database,ensuring data accuracy and quality at all times.



  • Identifyand report duplicate profiles andestablishdashboards tomonitordata capture and corrections.



  • Reconcile and link data from various databases to generate valuable insights on clients across the network.



  • Analyze clientdatabaseand profiles, presenting data in a visually engaging manner tofacilitateunderstanding and decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Businessor related field.



  • Experience in data analysis, with a strong analytical background (experience in banking,audit, or consulting is preferred).



  • Advanced technical skills in Excel (pivot tables, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Power BI.



  • Previousexperience with Adobe Campaign is an advantage.



  • Solid understanding of client needs and behaviors.




  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.



  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;proficiencyin Arabic and/or French is an advantage.



  • Preferably based in the UAE.
