Position Overview


The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on brand management, market positioning, and demand generation. The role will lead initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and position the company as a leader in the manufacturing sector.


This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing.


Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

·      Lead market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and new market opportunities.

·      Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and expansion plans.

·      Establish and maintain a strong brand identity and brand positioning across all markets.

·      Ensure consistent branding across product lines, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

·      Manage brand reputation and oversee brand communication strategies.

·      Support product launches and market entry strategies.

·      Develop go-to-market plans for new products and product lines.

·      Work closely with sales teams to create marketing programs that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

·      Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO, social media, and online campaigns.

·      Manage corporate communications, advertising, and public relations activities.

·      Develop marketing materials including product brochures, catalogues, presentations, and case studies.

·      Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

·      Manage external agencies, designers, and marketing vendors.

·      Establish marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.



Qualifications


·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

·      8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.

·      Experience in manufacturing, industrial, building materials, or B2B sectors is highly preferred.

·      Proven track record in brand management and market expansion.

·      Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and product marketing.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
