Dubai World Trade Centre is launching an exclusive UAE National Development Programme in collaboration with the DXB Live Division, designed to develop the next generation of Emirati talent in the live events industry specifically in the technical field.

The two-year structured programme combines hands-on departmental deployment with professional certifications in technical event production, offering a clear pathway for career progression within DXB Live.

Programme Structure (2 Years)

The programme is delivered in two phases and includes:

• Welcoming & Soft Skills Development Certification
• Technical Certification Track:
  • Live Audio Technician Course
  • Lighting Technical Course

Applicants will be fully deployed within DXB Live departments while attending evening classes to complete their certifications, ensuring practical exposure alongside academic development.

Career Progression

• Entry Level: Grade 6
• Progression to Grade 7 upon successful development milestones
• Graduation at Grade 8 upon programme completion

• UAE National
• High School / Diploma Graduate
• Good communication skills in English
• Passion for live events, technical production, and hands-on learning
• Commitment to completing evening certification requirements
