This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Project Services professional who is eager to begin a career in project controls, cost engineering, planning, and project administration. You will work closely with experienced project teams, supporting project delivery and gaining hands-on exposure to industry tools, processes, and best practices.

The key objectives for this role are:

- Support the project services team in monitoring project cost, schedule, and progress.
- Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and client use.
- Learn and apply project control processes, including cost tracking, change management, and planning.
- Contribute to project coordination activities to ensure smooth execution and communication across teams.
- Develop an understanding of project governance, systems, and procedures within the Oil & Gas sector.

- Support cost engineers and planners with data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Assist in updating project schedules, cost trackers, and progress measurement tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project updates and assist in compiling project reports.
- Maintain project documentation, registers, and filing systems.
- Participate in project meetings, capturing minutes and action items where required.
- Support project change management processes, helping to track variations and impacts.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support the efficient delivery of project activities.
- Adhere to Wood processes, tools, and governance requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Interest in developing a career in project controls, planning, or cost engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn industry tools, systems, and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
