We are seeking an experienced and responsible Steel Metal Supervisor to oversee metal fabrication and installation activities. The ideal candidate will supervise workers, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain compliance with company policies and UAE safety regulations. **Salary is negotiable based on experience**
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabricators, welders, and installers
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Monitor quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications
- Enforce health and safety regulations in accordance with UAE labor standards
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and performance
- Report daily progress to management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
