Job Details

As the Marketing Specialist, you will directly report to the Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand the demand for EV chargers in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, platforms, and communications.

Content Creation and Social Media Management

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels as required.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and corporate profiles.
  • Be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s social media accounts, the CEO’s professional social media account, and the WattsWhere social media platforms.
  • Work on planning, creating, filming, and publishing social media content aligned with marketing objectives.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Support SEO, SEM, and PPC activities to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility.

Events and External Activities

  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Visit project sites to film client testimonials, installations, and other marketing-related content.

Internal Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with sales, technical, operations, and other departments to align marketing strategies with sales and business goals.
  • Coordinate with different departments to prepare company profiles, internal presentations, and marketing materials required for internal and external use.

Training and Internal Engagement

  • Deliver marketing-related presentations during internship programs.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to the technical team on camera presence, filming requirements, and on-site behavior aligned with marketing and branding standards.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage with customers through various channels to support relationship building, brand trust, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Use data and analytics to measure performance and support informed decision-making.

Skills

• Experience with production coordination (scheduling, post-production handoffs)

• Background in paid social advertising

• Eye for design and basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
