looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities:

• Site surveying and setting out for foundations, structural works, and external works

• Establishing control points and benchmarks on site

• Verifying levels and coordinates according to approved drawings

• Preparing survey records and as-built data

• Coordinating with site engineers and project managers

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Surveying / Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction projects

• Strong experience using Total Station and AutoCAD

• Good understanding of construction drawings and site coordination

Skills

Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS surveying equipment

Ability to perform accurate setting out for foundations, columns, gridlines, and structural works

Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, and levels

Experience preparing as-built surveys and survey reports

Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and extracting coordinates

Good problem-solving and attention to detail

Ability to work independently on site and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors

Familiarity with Dubai construction practices and site procedures
