Assist technicians in dismantling and assembling cooling tower parts.
Support in replacement of fills, drift eliminators, nozzles, fan blades, motors, and other components.
Carry materials, tools, and equipment to work areas.
Perform cleaning of cooling towers, basins, louvers, and structure.
Assist in minor mechanical works as instructed.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
Help in loading and unloading materials.
Maintain site cleanliness after work completion.
Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
Experience in cooling tower maintenance (preferred)
Ability to assist in dismantling and assembling mechanical parts
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of PPE
Physically fit and able to work at heights
Ability to work in outdoor and high-temperature environments
Good teamwork and coordination skills
Ability to follow supervisor instructions properly
Hardworking and punctual
Basic understanding of site work procedures
